Robots fail at the interfaces: a gearbox chosen before the controller, a sensor placed after the frame is frozen. Our controls engineers sit with the mechanical team from the first sketch.
The result is motion that hits its cycle time on the first build, with safety designed in rather than bolted on at certification.
