Work

A six-axis gantry that inspects cast engine blocks in line, at production speed, to a repeatability of ±8 µm.

A modular humanoid torso with 14 joints that a lab team can open, service and reconfigure in an afternoon.

Controls and safety for a twelve-cell line building electric van battery trays, commissioned in six weeks.

A sealed motor controller for remote pumping stations that survives heat, vibration, and dust for years without a service visit.
