Nothing we build is allowed to fail for the first time in front of a customer. We build fast, then break things on purpose in our validation lab.
Prototypes are built to answer a question, not to look finished. Each build has a test plan attached before the first part is ordered.
When we hand hardware over, it comes with the data: what we tested, how long it ran, and exactly where the margins sit.
